Focus OS ("we", "us", "our") is built by EROESMERAKI. We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it.
Focus OS is an iOS app designed to help you build deep work habits. We collect only what we need to make the app work.
Account data — When you create an account, we collect your email address and a username you choose. This is stored securely in Supabase.
Session data — We store your focus sessions including type (deep/shallow/break), duration, focus score, energy rating, and optional notes and tags you add. This data is yours and powers your AI insights.
Usage data — We collect XP, streak counts, badges earned, Focus Coins, and quest progress to run the gamification system.
AI analysis — If you are a Pro user, your session data is sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate your Focus DNA profile and weekly insights. No personally identifiable information is included in these requests.
Purchase data — Subscription purchases are handled entirely by Apple and RevenueCat. We never see or store your payment details.
We use the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all your data is permanently deleted within 30 days. You can request deletion at any time by emailing us or using the delete account option in the app.
You have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data at any time. You can:
Focus OS is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the app or email. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect when it was last revised.
