Frequently asked questions
How do I cancel my Pro subscription?
Open the Settings app on your iPhone → tap your name → Subscriptions → Focus OS → Cancel Subscription. You'll keep Pro access until the end of your billing period. Alternatively go to App Store → your profile → Subscriptions.
I upgraded but the app still shows Free. What do I do?
Go to your Profile tab and tap "Restore purchases". If that doesn't work, restart the app. If you're still having issues email us at
[email protected] with your Apple ID email and we'll sort it immediately.
I lost my streak. Can you restore it?
Streak Freezes (available in the Quests tab) automatically protect your streak when you miss a day. If your streak was lost due to a technical issue on our end, email us with the date it happened and we'll review it. We can't restore streaks lost because sessions weren't completed.
How does Focus DNA work?
After you complete 10 or more sessions, Focus DNA becomes available in the AI tab. We send your anonymised session data (no personal info) to Claude AI, which builds a cognitive profile showing your archetype, peak hours, consistency score and personalised recommendations. You can regenerate it any time.
My Focus Coins disappeared. What happened?
Coins are stored to your account and sync across app reinstalls as long as you're logged in. If coins are missing after a reinstall, make sure you're logged into the same account. If you believe there's a bug, email us with your username and the approximate amount missing.
Can I use Focus OS on iPad or Android?
Focus OS is currently iPhone only (iOS 13+). iPad and Android versions are on the roadmap but we don't have a confirmed timeline yet.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Profile → scroll to Account → Delete Account. This permanently deletes all your data including sessions, XP, badges and Focus Coins. This action cannot be undone. If you'd prefer to email a deletion request, contact
